The Specialists Roleplay Wiki

There are 31 weapons in TS. Through testing, the various information below was compiled in 2017 for TS 3.0.

Principles[]

It is important to note that the game counts shots to the arm and hands as "Torso" damage. Furthermore, the upper legs also count as "Torso" shots. Bullets only do "Leg" damage if they impact at or below the upper knee.

Headshots do 2.0x the damage of a Torso shot. Shots to the Leg for most weapons do 50% of the Torso damage.

Kevlar (which is buyable through the weapon purchase menu) only protects the chest. It does not protect the head, arms, or legs. Kevlar reduces incoming damage to the chest by roughly 22% per bullet.

All firearms have damage dropoff. Less damage is done to targets that are further away. Different weapons have different damage dropoffs. For example, the MP5k has a steep damage dropoff, with its damage decreasing quickly over a short distance. The Barrett M82 sniper rifle has almost no damage dropoff, even at long distances.

Silencers reduce damage of certain weapons.

Players can have decimals as part of their health (HP / hitpoints), but the user interface (HUD) will show health as a whole number. For example, a player can have 50.3 health, and if they are damaged by a weapon that does 50.0 damage, then they will have 0.3 health remaining and still be alive. Their health will be displayed as "1" in the game.

Kung-Fu Damage[]

Kung-fu damage depends on a player's movement speed. At a certain speed, the attack will do its maximum damage listed below. At speeds less than that, the damage is reduced by the percentage of maximum speed at the time of attack. For example, if someone is moving at half speed, then their Kung-Fu attacks will only do half damage.

Kung-Fu damage also depends on stamina. Stamina is reduced by stunting, blocking, and attacking. It regenerates over time.

The Kung-Fu powerup will double the damage of all Kung-Fu attacks.

Kung-Fu

Punch 20
Uppercut Punch 25 Tap Crouch When Attacking
Jumping Punch 25 Also known as a Superman Punch

Knife Damage[]

Knives can either be thrown or slashed. When they are thrown, they are treated as projectiles with different damages for different body areas. When used in melee attack, aiming at different parts of the body does not make a difference.

Damage of Knives
Slash Throw to Head Throw to Torso Throw to Leg
Katana* 45* 300 150 75
Combat Knife 30 200 100 50
Seal Knife 20 100 50 25

*The Katana also has a special backslash move that does 65 damage. To do this, attack while moving backwards.
