Nukesilo

Nukesilo was a gaming community founded by Supernuker and Jameson. It ventured into other games besides TS, but was most known for its TSRP server. They also ran a DM server named Nukesilo.net I The Arena. Nukesilo's TSRP server holds the record for the longest-running server. Even though it has not had any activity since 2012, the TSRP server has been up for every day since then, and to the present (2017).

History[]

The Nukesilo TSRP server started on Mecklenburg in 2005 (?). They then switched to Nuke City, which was a map designed specifically for Nukesilo by a player named Red Fox.

Throughout its life, Nukesilo used Harbu RP instead of switching to ARP like most other servers. Nukesilo's version of Harbu RP had some custom content. It had a carmod with only 3 vehicles: A police car, an ambulance, and a red Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution (with white stripes).

Nuke City Police Department[]

During its time on Nuke City, Nukesilo had one of the most bloated police organizations in TSRP history. This was due to the nearly 20 police ranks and the existence of separate SWAT and CIA organizations. Each organization would poach recruits and players from each other, leading to internal competition between the law enforcement groups. The redundancy of having a CIA organization to investigate crime when the normal police already had detectives was also an issue.

The SWAT and CIA organizations had their own ranks, ranging from entry-level positions to leaders. In total, Nukesilo had nearly 40 different law enforcement jobs because of this.
